Finn Foster is working on a degree in Adventure Education at Fort Lewis College. His love for the backcountry started back in the southern hills of Texas and has moved him to travel to untouched wilderness in close to 40 of 50 states. After living in Oregon for a few years, Finn’s passion of taking people to the wilderness to experience the perfect presence of the Creator grew into a complete life change and a move to Southwest Colorado for his current degree program. Finn enjoys climbing, backpacking, burgers, and traveling in his truck (Dexter) all over the country. He came to know God in high school, and began pursuing active discipleship and several speaking opportunities in Texas. After leading at his high school’s FCA, Finn went on to be a leader at the University of Oregon’s InterVarsity Christian Fellowship where he truly began to understand the perfect example of Christ and what it means to follow Him. He now takes people out to see the glory that God left for His people in the hopes that they might feel the same peace he does while wandering.
