SHANELLE Foster- Director and GuideShanelle was born and raised in Durango, Colorado where she fell in love with the outdoors when she was young. She became a follower of Christ when she was in 6th grade at Whispering Pines Bible Camp, but it wasn’t until her first year on a True Elevation trip in 2012 where she fell in love with everything Christ is.
Since then, she has passionately chased the outdoors seeking to find Christ in every activity. Shanelle graduated from Fort Lewis College with a B.A. in Adventure Education. In her free time she enjoys rock climbing, trail running, canyoneering and spending time in the mountains. Shanelle believes the outdoors can expose who we are created to be in the rawest form. As well as understand the goodness of the Lord by exploring beautiful and untouched wild country. Hosea 2:14 “Therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her.” |
